The platform eliminates the need for scattered spreadsheets and stale org charts by making the canvas itself the working surface where changes happen. All five core surfaces—org canvas, people allocation, OKR cascade, financial matrix, and ceremonies—read from one underlying model, so changes immediately propagate everywhere.
Squado includes AI-powered org import that can turn a pasted spreadsheet into a live organizational structure in minutes. The platform supports flexible organizational structures that can be customized with optional building blocks like chapters, guilds, and alliances, and all elements can be renamed to match an organization's existing terminology.

- Does Squado replace our org chart in Confluence?
- Yes, Squado typically replaces org charts first because it is a working surface where changes are made, so it stays current unlike snapshot pages that become stale. It can also share read-only links to replace exported PNGs.
- How does pricing work, is it per seat?
- Pricing is a flat rate per workspace tiered by number of squads, so there is no per-user cost. Everyone in the organization can be on the canvas and you only pay more when your org grows past squad limits.
- Do we need to migrate the whole org chart at once?
- No, you can start with one tribe and expand when ready, with nothing needing to be redone later. AI import turns a pasted spreadsheet into squads and roles and is included on every plan.
- What happens after the 14-day trial?
- The workspace moves to Starter plan and nothing is deleted. OKRs and financial matrix features turn off, but editing continues within Starter limits of 6 squads and 2 tribes. You receive an email three days before trial ends and can choose a plan anytime.
- Is our data isolated and secure?
- Yes, every workspace is fully isolated with data scoped to its own account, checked on every request. Public share links are read-only and password-protected, and a dedicated pre-launch security review confirmed multi-tenant isolation.
