Are screen recordings and screenshots public?

No. Recordings and screenshots stay private to authorised workspace members, even when the associated feedback has a public summary. Users choose what to share.

Nudges are targeted questions shown inside your product to invite feedback. Choose the audience, pages, timing and frequency, then review the responses in Chirpy. They help you hear from users who might not open the feedback widget themselves.

Can I use Chirpy with AI coding agents?

Yes. Indie and Business include agent handoff and MCP access. Connect tools such as Codex, Claude Code or Cursor so your agent can read feedback and its context and help draft changelog updates.

Is there a free plan?
