StampName reads invoice and receipt PDFs on your Mac and proposes clean names extracted from the document content: date, vendor, invoice number, and amount. The app processes all files locally without uploads or online services. Users review each proposed name with values outlined and color-coded on the page, then apply renames with one click. Undo is always free and restores original filenames. Custom naming formats can be built from date, vendor, number, amount, currency and category fields. The app supports up to 3 Macs per license key and never loses or overwrites files.
