SourceGeek
AI assistant for recruiters to find, score, and reach candidates from one conversation
An AI assistant that helps recruiters search millions of candidate profiles, score them with evidence against job descriptions, and draft personalized outreach
Overview
A look at sourcegeek.com
SourceGeek is an AI colleague for recruitment teams that searches millions of candidate profiles, scores each match with evidence against your job description, and drafts human-sounding outreach. Users describe the role as they would to a teammate, and the assistant handles searching, enriching results, and providing detailed matching scores.
The platform connects to your existing tools including ATS, email, calendar, Slack, and knowledge tools through official APIs. It extracts data from your website, LinkedIn page, and jobs page to understand your company tone and culture. Teams can collaborate in shared workspaces, with shared threads and projects so everyone sees the same candidates and decisions.
SourceGeek includes automations that run 24/7 to resurface past candidates, re-run searches, and prepare reports on a schedule. It can take actions directly in your ATS, send emails, and schedule calls once you approve outreach.
