A look at soulumanifest.com

Souluma helps you turn a big vision into daily action by connecting five interconnected tools in one place. Start with a vision board to visualize your goals, break those goals into actionable yearly and weekly steps, then maintain momentum through small daily practices like affirmations, journaling, gratitude, and meditation. The app includes an AI Coach for personalized guidance based on your goals and practice history, and a moderated community space called Manifesto Commons to share intentions with others. Built on positive psychology and mindfulness principles, Souluma is designed to help you feel steadier and more grounded while pursuing your goals—not through magical thinking, but through clarity and consistent follow-through. It is explicitly not therapy, medical advice, or a promise of guaranteed outcomes.

FAQ

What is Souluma exactly?
Souluma is a calm, all-in-one manifestation and personal-growth app that brings vision boards, goals, affirmations, journaling, gratitude, meditation, and an optional AI guide into one daily loop, so you can turn a vision into consistent small actions. It is a self-guided practice you do yourself, not a clinical or medical service.
Is Souluma therapy or a mental-health treatment?
No. Souluma is a personal-growth and reflection practice, not therapy, counselling, CBT, or any clinical treatment. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and can sit alongside professional care, but it is not a substitute for it.
How much does Souluma cost?
Souluma is free during beta for the first 500 members, including the full vision board maker, goals, daily practice, and Manifesto Commons. Paid plans will be introduced later, and beta members keep everything they already have.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. There is no card and no payment required to join the beta, and you can try the tools first with no account at all.
Does Souluma promise results or guarantee my goals?
No. Souluma never promises specific outcomes or guaranteed results, and it cannot control other people, money, health, or fate. It offers a grounded way to stay clear and consistent about the actions that are in your control.
