- Yes, it is free with no time limit. The free plan includes cloud sync across devices and lets you share any space with one other person, with this week's meal plan and shopping list included. Optional paid extras remove ads and add the full meal planner, meal history, meal library, unlimited recipes and templates.
- Do the people I share with have to pay?
- No. One subscription covers a whole plan and the people you invite join for free and never pay anything. You can also add guests who have no account at all.
- Can I share a calendar if my partner is on Android and I'm on iPhone?
- Yes. Cria Planner runs the same on iPhone, Android and the web, so a mixed household shares one calendar without anyone switching phones. You can import events already in Google or Apple Calendar with a tap.
- Can we plan meals and build a shopping list?
- Yes. You can plan the week's dinners and the shopping list builds itself from those meals with prices included, so you know the cost before you go. You can copy a week that worked instead of planning from scratch.
- Can we split expenses and settle up?
- Yes. You can log shared costs against the plan they belong to in each budget's own currency, and Cria Planner works out who owes whom. You settle in one round rather than a running tally, with guests included even if they have no account.
