It joins your client calls on Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams as a visible participant, then automatically captures key deal details and drafts a proposal based on the conversation.
The platform recommends pricing based on your own past deals rather than guesswork, and tracks how clients engage with your proposals by showing which sections they viewed and how often they returned. It suggests contextual follow-ups based on proposal engagement and other deal activity, while you maintain full control—all AI outputs are suggestions you review and edit before sending.
Closingly also includes scope protection features that check new client requests against agreed scope, helping identify work that should be billed separately. You can ask Closingly questions about your deals and it answers from your call transcripts, proposals and activity history. Setup requires only a Google Calendar connection, and you can manually paste transcripts from calls recorded elsewhere.
