PitchRoom helps agencies send proposal rooms to clients with three priced options. Clients open a single link and can review and compare the options. The agency gets email alerts when the client opens the room and when they pick an option.

With a paid room, clients can sign off with their name and email, then proceed to the agency's deposit payment link or bank transfer instructions. Free rooms show a small PitchRoom badge and do not include client sign-off or payment links.

The service is designed for agencies to streamline their proposal process and get visibility into client decision-making.
