Why is my listing waiting for founder profile?
Founder profile completion is gating. Populate /account/founder to release your live listing slot.

Profile data required before go-live
Your founder profile at /account/founder gates all listings. Complete these fields:
- Photo (one-line caption required)
- Full name
- Title or role
- Country
- Bio (minimum 80 characters)
- At least one personal link (your website or personal social profile; company pages do not count)
City and founder story link are optional.
Release timing for held listings
Your listing is not lost. Once you complete the profile, it releases automatically to your paid week or next available slot. If the purchased week has passed, the listing goes live this week (paid) or enters the free-queue (unpaid), and we notify you of the outcome.
Adding co-founders
Invite co-founders from the Team section at /account/founder. Each co-founder must complete their own profile before they appear on the product listing.

- What blocks my listing from going live?
- An incomplete founder profile at /account/founder. Once all required fields are populated, the listing releases to its scheduled slot automatically.
- Do I lose my paid week if my profile is incomplete?
- No. If your week has not yet occurred, it is held. Once the profile is complete, the listing uses that week. If the week has passed, it goes live this week (paid) or queues to the next free slot.
- Can I add co-founders?
- Yes. Use the Team section at /account/founder to invite them. Each co-founder needs a complete profile before showing on the listing.
