Alert channels and cadence
Navigate to /account/notifications to configure signal delivery. For each notice type, select your channel: Email, Telegram or Slack. Your Telegram and Slack integrations require your own bot or webhook—we do not host these.
Then set frequency: Instant, Daily digest, Weekly digest or Off. Chat channels (Telegram and Slack) support optional quiet hours to suppress notifications outside your specified window.
Mandatory signals
Certain notices cannot be disabled. These are:
- Transaction receipts and refunds
- Payment failures or disputes
- Listings held pending founder profile review
- Listing status changes
- Missing verification badge alerts
- Security events (new device sign-in, email address change)
Email opt-out
Each notice email contains a one-click unsubscribe link specific to that notice type. Using this link removes only that signal category from your Email channel; it does not affect your other channels or frequency settings.
Questions people ask
- Can I silence alerts during business hours?
- Quiet hours apply only to Telegram and Slack. Set your window at /account/notifications. Email and other channels are not affected by quiet hours.
- Do I need to provide your API credentials for Telegram or Slack?
- No. You supply your own bot token or webhook URL. We do not store your credentials or host these integrations.
- What happens if I unsubscribe from a notice email?
- That notice type is removed from your Email channel only. You can still receive it via Telegram or Slack if configured, and your other email subscriptions remain active.
