- Is Task Session priced per user?
- No. Task Session charges a flat license fee for one domain with unlimited users. Adding team members, contractors, or clients does not change the price. Per-seat tools typically charge $7 to $12 per user per month, so a ten person team pays roughly $840 to $1,440 a year. On Task Session, a ten person team pays exactly what a two person team pays.
- What happens to my data if I don't renew my license?
- Your license must be active for the application to run. After the renewal date there is a 7-day grace period where everything continues working. If not renewed after that, the application locks. However, your data stays yours on your own server. Nobody can delete it, hold it, or charge to recover it, and you can take a full backup anytime.
- What is the Task Session AI addon and how is it priced?
- Task Session AI is $49 per year for your entire install with unlimited users, priced per install not per seat. It lets your team automate tasks, draft emails, and run AI agents. You connect your own provider API key, so token usage is billed by that provider at their rates. It works with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Groq, Mistral, and other supported providers.
- Do you charge for clients who use the client portal?
- No. Clients you invite into the white-label client portal are not billable users, and there is no guest billing rule we could introduce later, because the licence is not seat based in the first place.
- What does Task Session cost, and does it renew?
- There are two ways to buy it: Starter: $59 for the first year (normally $249), renewing at $99 a year. That covers one domain, unlimited users, and a year of updates and support. Founder: a single payment of $249 that covers five years of updates, one year of priority support and managed setup, on one domain. Enterprise deployments are quoted individually. The core licence is billed annually or once, never per seat and never per month. Optional add-ons can be paid monthly, yearly or every two years.
