- How is Miwlo different from ClickUp or Hive?
- Miwlo keeps only what every team needs—boards, lists, docs, community threads and chat—and makes it fast and easy to use, with no maze of settings to learn. Pricing is one flat rate per workspace instead of per seat.
- Do you charge per person?
- No. You pay one flat price for the whole workspace—$19 a month on Starter for up to 10 people, or $49 a month on Pro with no member limit. Adding a teammate within your plan never changes the bill.
- How does yearly billing work?
- You pay for ten months and get twelve. Starter is $190 a year, which works out to $15.83 a month, and Pro is $490 a year, or $40.83 a month.
- Do changes show up for everyone right away?
- Yes. When someone moves a card, adds a task, replies to a thread or sends a message, everyone looking sees it straight away with no refresh needed. You can also see which teammates are online.
- Can we keep some work private?
- Yes. Any space can be restricted to the people added to it, so leadership, hiring or finance work stays with the right people. Your workspace owner and admins can always reach every space to manage it.
