Each recipient of each email counts once. An email sent to three people counts as three emails towards your monthly limit. Recipients skipped because they are on your blocked list do not count.

How is billing worked out?

You are charged once a month for the plan you are on. The prices shown are the complete amount with no additional per-email charge on top.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can change your plan from Settings in your dashboard at any time. Upgrading to a larger plan applies immediately, while downgrading applies from your next billing date.

What happens when I reach my email limit?

Sending pauses and the API returns a clear error message. Nothing is billed beyond your plan limit, and moving up to a higher plan resumes sending.

How do I report abuse or misuse of the service?

To report spam, phishing, or other misuse, email the abuse team with the full message headers. Reports are accepted from both customers and non-customers.
