SendMeSafe is a secure document platform designed for companies, law firms, tax consultants, authorities and organizations that regularly receive confidential documents from external parties. Instead of insecure email attachments, users create individual upload links with full traceability and GDPR compliance.
Customers receive a personalized upload link, open it in their browser, select files and upload them encrypted. Users get a notification and can securely download the files in the dashboard. The platform offers features including customer portals with branding options, team management with roles and permissions, encrypted messaging, interactive forms, and end-to-end encryption for sensitive data.
All data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, stored exclusively in EU data centers with Hetzner infrastructure, and complies with ISO 27001 and GDPR requirements. The platform supports Windows, macOS and Linux desktop apps.

- Customers receive an upload link with optional password and expiration date. They click the link and can drag and drop files directly into their browser without needing to create an account.
- What file formats and sizes are supported?
- All common file formats are supported including PDF, Word, Excel, images and ZIP archives. Maximum file size depends on the plan: Free/Starter 500 MB, Professional 2 GB, Organisation 5 GB.
- How is data encrypted?
- All data is encrypted with TLS 1.3 during transmission and AES-256 at rest. Encryption keys are securely managed.
- Where is data stored?
- All data is stored in the European Union with Hetzner infrastructure, ensuring GDPR compliance and data sovereignty.
- Can I customize the branding?
- Yes, starting from the Professional plan you can add your own logo and colors. This allows upload pages to look professional and consistent with your brand.
