What does QueryInbox actually do?

It shows Search Console sites and Google Analytics properties you select as one dashboard with synchronized date ranges. Each card displays relevant KPIs from either source—clicks, impressions, CTR, and position for Search Console; users, sessions, bounce rate, and key events for Analytics. You can open any card to view full dimension tables for queries, pages, countries, devices, and other breakdowns.

Can my AI agent read this data too?

Yes. Every account can create read-only keys in Settings → Agent access to use with any MCP client. A plain REST API is also available, as is an installable skill for agents that only run shell commands. Keys carry the same read-only Google scopes you granted QueryInbox and can be revoked at any time.

Do you store my Search Console or Analytics data?

No report data is stored. Only the list of sites and properties you selected is kept. All metrics are read from Google APIs at request time and never copied to a warehouse. Reports cache briefly for 5-15 minutes for performance, but this is a cache, not storage. Logging out ends your browser session, and Disconnect Google removes stored tokens.

How many properties can I watch?

As many as you want. You select your sites on first sign-in, and Settings is where you can add or remove them later. There is no per-source limit during the beta.

Yes, while QueryInbox is in public beta. No card is required and there is no trial countdown. When the beta ends, a paid plan will be introduced, and beta accounts will be notified before any changes take effect.
