SuprAnalytics is a website analytics platform that shows where visitors come from, what they do on your site, and which traffic sources generate revenue. It includes built-in live chat so you can answer visitor questions directly from the dashboard.
The platform tracks visitor journeys, goals, and conversions across unlimited websites under one account. Revenue attribution connects sales from Stripe, Polar, Lemon Squeezy, Paddle and Dodo Payments to the traffic sources that brought customers in. Live chat conversations are unlimited and separate from your event allowance.
Every plan includes all features: traffic analysis, revenue tracking, live chat, custom goals, conversion funnels, visitor journeys, and privacy controls like cookieless mode. Plans differ only in monthly event limits (100k to 5M events), data retention (2 to 5 years) and attachment storage.

- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with that plan's full allowance, and no card is needed. You can switch plans while it runs. There's one free trial per person.
- What counts as an event?
- An event is a pageview, a custom goal or an outbound link click recorded on your websites. Bots, excluded traffic, the script's background pings and chat messages don't count.
- Does live chat use my event allowance?
- No. Conversations and messages are unlimited and never count as events. Only attachments use storage.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Subscribe to the plan that fits and everything carries on. If you don't, your dashboard closes, but your websites keep recording for 7 more days, so nothing is lost if you subscribe that week. After that, recording pauses until you choose a plan.
- Can I use SuprAnalytics on multiple websites?
- Yes. Every plan includes unlimited websites, each with its own dashboard and settings. Your plan's monthly events are shared across them, so add up their traffic when you choose a plan.
