How are prices collected and updated?

LLM API prices are collected daily from the OpenRouter API, which aggregates published pricing across most providers. The timestamp at the top of the table shows the last successful collection.

What does blended pricing mean?

Input and output tokens are priced differently, and most real workloads use more input than output. The blended number weights input 3× to output - a rough single figure for ranking.

Are the rankings influenced by affiliate partnerships?

No. Rankings are never for sale. Some outbound links are affiliate links, but this never changes the order of the table or the data shown, and providers that pay nothing like AWS, GCP, Azure and Hetzner are listed the same way as any other.

How can I report pricing errors?

If a number looks wrong, especially if you work for one of the listed providers, email hello@obolith.com to report the error.
