Instead of orders scattered across chats and notebooks, WISMO keeps everything in one place: customer details, items ordered, due dates, and payments.
Every order gets its own tracking link that customers can check in their browser without downloading an app or creating an account. As you work, customers see real-time updates including your notes and photos. The app includes a calendar showing all due dates, reminders, payment tracking for deposits and part-payments, a customer directory with order history, a product catalogue with stock tracking, and a store page where customers can browse and send enquiries.

- What does WISMO stand for?
- The name comes from "Where Is My Order?", a common customer question in online shopping. WISMO turns this question into a product: a mobile app that lets small sellers create orders and share branded tracking links so customers always know where their order stands.
- Do my customers need to download an app?
- No. Customers simply click the tracking link you share via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. The tracking page opens in their browser. They do not need to download an app or sign up.
- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes, and it does not expire. It is capped rather than time-limited: 30 orders over the account's lifetime, with no limit on how many are active at once.
- What happens when I reach the free plan limit?
- Creating a new order is blocked until you upgrade to Pro. Nothing is deleted: your existing orders, your customers, your stats and every tracking link you have shared keep working.
- Can I cancel Pro?
- Yes. Pro is billed through the App Store or Google Play, so you cancel from your device's subscription settings at any time. You keep Pro features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
