Overview

A look at vibeide.dev
VibeiDE is a local desktop workspace that orchestrates installed Codex, Claude Code and OpenCode coding agents through project task queues, live activity, saved conversations and completion review. It runs on macOS and Windows, with experimental Linux support.
Each project has its own queue where tasks can be stacked and run in parallel. Developers can monitor multiple agents simultaneously through an Office view (with individual desks for each agent) or a Grid view. Every task gets its own clean session that can be resumed later, and results wait for human review before being shipped.
The app lets users set provider limits per project, view usage windows, pair with a phone for remote control, use voice dictation, and organize finished work into changelogs. It includes Plan Council for having two agents review a plan before code is written, and gamified features with achievements and office customization.

FAQ
- What is VibeiDE?
- VibeiDE is a local desktop workspace that orchestrates installed Codex, Claude Code and OpenCode coding agents through project task queues, live activity, saved conversations and completion review. It runs on macOS and Windows, with experimental Linux support.
- Does VibeiDE include Claude Code or Codex usage?
- No. VibeiDE runs the Codex, Claude Code or OpenCode you already use, with your own subscription or API key. Your provider bills its own usage and applies its own limits.
- Which computers does VibeiDE run on?
- macOS and Windows. The Linux build is in beta.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Cancel any time in Billing. Your plan stops renewing and access continues until the end of the paid period. The trial needs no card, so nothing renews after it.
- Where is my data stored?
- VibeiDE stores task records on your computers. With current versions, Company mode and Mobile control are end-to-end encrypted, so VibeiDE's servers cannot read or store the data.
