UserAlertX
SMS and email alerts from AI agents, bots and scripts to your own verified phone or email
API-first SMS and email alerting platform that lets AI agents, bots and scripts send notifications to one verified phone number or email address with carrier
Overview

A look at useralertx.com
UserAlertX is an API-first SMS and email alerting service built specifically for AI agents, automations, and scripts to reach their owners with real-time notifications. The platform enforces a strict security model: each account is tied to one verified phone number or email address, and alerts can only be sent to that account holder—no bulk messaging, no directories, and no ability to contact anyone else. The service includes carrier compliance features like 10DLC registration, STOP/START/HELP keyword handling, and automatic rerouting of carrier-restricted content to email. Alerts are sent with a simple HTTP POST request requiring no SDK. UserAlertX offers a free trial of 50 alerts or 30 days, then paid plans starting at $5 per month for 50 tokens monthly, or $60 annually for 13 months with the same monthly allowance.

FAQ
- How do I change my phone number after verification?
- Once verified, your number cannot be changed from your account screen to protect alerts from going to the wrong phone. Contact support to have your account cleared, then add the new number and reply START to the verification text. If never verified, you can change it yourself up to 3 times.
- What happens to carrier-restricted alerts?
- Alerts about stocks, crypto, loans, cannabis, tobacco, firearms, gambling or adult content are automatically sent to your email address instead of SMS. Your phone receives only a short notice to check your email. The full alert is not lost.
- Can I send the same alert repeatedly, like a status update every few minutes?
- No. UserAlertX is for ad hoc alerts when something happens. Phone carriers filter repeated identical messages as spam. Constantly repeated alerts may be sent to email instead or texting may be blocked. Send alerts only when something changes, or use email for regular status updates.
- Can I cancel my monthly plan anytime?
- Yes. You can cancel your $5/month plan anytime from your account screen. Cancellation stops future charges immediately; alerts keep working until the end of the month you've already paid for.
- I got a new phone — how do I change my text number?
- Once your text number is verified, it can't be changed from the account screen — that protects your alerts from going to the wrong phone. Contact support to have your account cleared, then add the new number on your account screen and reply START to the verification text. If your current number was never verified, you can change it yourself (up to 3 times).
