- Do I need a separate phone or SIM?
- No. Your business number rings in your browser and in the TelPal app on iPhone and Android. Calls travel over the internet, so there's no second SIM or device to manage.
- What happens when I can't take a call?
- It goes to voicemail with your custom greeting, gets transcribed by AI, and lands in your inbox and dashboard within seconds so you can read and listen to the message and call back when it suits you.
- How many inbound minutes do I get?
- Each plan includes a generous monthly allowance: 500 minutes on Solo and 1,500 minutes on Team. Minutes beyond your plan's allowance are billed at €0.015 per minute.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Plans are monthly with no tie-in and no cancellation fee. Cancel from your dashboard, and your plan keeps running until the end of the month you have already paid for.
- Can I make outbound calls?
- No — TelPal is inbound-only. It answers, routes and takes messages for your business; placing calls stays with the phone you already have. Returning a call is one tap from the call list, and your phone dials it as it normally would. Outbound calling and SMS are not part of TelPal.
