Unsubscribes stay per project as separate consent relationships, while hard-bounced addresses are suppressed across the whole account.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 7 days with real sending. Pick a plan, add a card, and cancel before the trial ends without being charged. The trial includes 1,000 contacts and 5,000 sends. Your plan's full allowance starts when it converts.

Where is my data stored?

In the EU. SendHeron is an EU company, contact data is stored in Germany, and email is sent through Amazon SES in Frankfurt. The sub-processor list and DPA are published on the GDPR page.
