- Is Kirora free forever?
- Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no card: 3,000 emails a month (at most 300 a day), 300 marketing contacts, 1,000 tracked events a month and 3 active journeys, with transactional email, the API and webhooks. Marketing emails carry a short Sent with Kirora line; transactional emails and forms do not.
- Can Free accounts buy more emails?
- Yes, without subscribing. Top up a prepaid balance from $5, and emails past your 3,000 a month cost $2 per 1,000 from it. The daily limit of 300 still applies, the balance never expires and it unlocks nothing else.
- What counts as a marketing contact?
- A contact marketing can reach by email or by push: subscribed to email and not suppressed, or with push consent and a device that can receive it. Each counts once, even when both channels can reach them. Someone who unsubscribed from email but still gets push notifications counts; only contacts neither channel can reach do not count.
- What happens when I reach my event limit?
- On paid plans, events past the month's allowance are paid from your prepaid balance: $0.20 per 1,000 on Starter and $0.10 per 1,000 on Growth. With no balance, 50% more events on every paid plan are accepted at no charge, then further events are refused until next month. On Free, events past 1,000 a month are refused.
- How long are events kept?
- Tracked events are kept for 30 days on Free, 1 year on Starter, 1 year on Growth and up to 1 year on Enterprise, counted from when each event happened.
