What databases are supported?

PostgreSQL is fully supported, including Supabase, Neon, and Amazon RDS. Seedfast went PostgreSQL-first because it has the richest constraint and relationship system. Support for MySQL, Oracle, and SQLite is in development.

How much does one seeding run cost?

A full session on a 30-table schema costs about 60 cents in credits. The free plan includes roughly 8 runs per month, Basic plan around 50 runs, and Premium plan around 300 runs on a 30-table schema.

Why not just clone or anonymize production data?

Cloning or anonymizing production data is harder and more expensive than it looks. The tools that handle relational integrity properly are mostly enterprise-grade and contact-sales: slow to procure, slow to integrate, and a real cost line in the budget.
