Presence is a privacy-first availability tool that automatically shows whether someone is available by combining their calendar, meetings, calls, and work hours into one clear status. The tool answers a single question—"Is now a good time to interrupt?"—without exposing calendar titles, meeting details, attendees, or other sensitive information.

Users connect their calendar accounts (Google Calendar, Outlook, Microsoft 365, iCloud, or private ICS feeds) and Presence detects meetings, calls, and work hours automatically. The status appears on private browser links, tablets, office displays, reception views, or connected devices like BusyTag lights or BUSY Bar displays. Family members, coworkers, and reception staff see only whether someone is available—they never see what the person is actually doing.

Presence is designed for remote workers protecting focus time, families coordinating at home, office teams managing interruptions, and reception areas screening calls. It requires no dedicated hardware and works with modern web browsers. The service is currently free during beta, with planned pricing of $5.99 per month for individuals and scaled pricing for teams. Verified nonprofits will receive free access to the core plan after beta.
