- Do I need a developer to set up Pixelary?
- No. You can install the Framer plugin, add the Google Tag Manager template, or paste one script tag. Everything else is configured in the dashboard.
- Is the browser pixel truly free?
- Yes, the browser pixel is free on any number of sites. Meta, TikTok and ChatGPT Ads pixels, triggers, consent handling and the GTM template cost nothing. You only pay per site when you enable server-side delivery through the Conversions APIs.
- Is there a free trial for server-side delivery?
- Yes. Each account gets one 14-day free trial on the first paid plan, with server-side delivery active from day one. You are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- How does event deduplication work?
- Each event receives one event_id. The browser pixel sends it, the server sends the same ID through the Conversions API, and the platform deduplicates the two copies. If an ad blocker stopped the pixel, the server copy still arrives.
- What is the server event limit?
- Every paid plan includes 1 million server events per site per calendar month. Above that, server-side PageViews are only counted; conversions like Lead or Purchase are always sent and logged.
