- Who is overads® for?
- overads® is built for solo founders, in-house marketing teams of two to eight, and small agencies running a handful of brands. It is designed for situations where one or two people handle the ads, content, and reporting. It is not built for enterprise teams with specialists per channel.
- What does a workflow do?
- A workflow is a job you describe once that overads® then repeats on a schedule, when something changes, or when another system triggers it. It reads your ads and posts, thinks through them in your brand voice, and drafts the post, report, or recommendation. Every workflow waits for your approval before publishing anything.
- Can overads® change my ad campaigns?
- No. overads® has read-only access to your Meta, Google, and Snapchat ad accounts. It cannot pause campaigns, edit them, or change budgets. Every suggestion requires your approval, which you then apply in your ad manager yourself.
- Which ad platforms work with overads®?
- Meta, Google Ads, and Snapchat are live and connected. LinkedIn Ads and X Ads connectors are built and waiting on platform API approval. When connected, they sync at OAuth and refresh nightly, with spend history automatically backfilled.
- How does overads® handle my data?
- OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AWS KMS and scoped to your workspace. The service never logs access or refresh tokens. When you delete a workspace, all data is purged within 30 days. A standard DPA is published and ready to execute.
