How does Milo's Launch Check access my app without code or logins?

The service performs passive, read-only checks of only what anyone on the internet can already see: your public pages, JavaScript, files, headers and storage links. It makes a small number of ordinary, rate-limited requests with no attacks, password guessing, vulnerability exploitation, or logging in as users.

When will I get my report?

One-off reports are delivered within 24 hours of a complete order, and at most 48 hours. If your report isn't delivered within 48 hours, you get a full refund. For Monthly Watch, alerts are emailed every 30 days when changes are detected.

Yes. Full refund if the service can't check your site (offline, behind login, wrong URL) or report isn't delivered within 48 hours. No-questions-asked refund within 7 days of delivery if unhappy. For Monthly Watch, you can cancel anytime and refunds apply to the first month; subsequent months aren't refunded unless required by law.

Is this a penetration test?

No. It's a careful, best-effort look at what's publicly visible from the outside: your pages, JavaScript, headers, well-known file paths, and (only if a public key is already exposed) whether your database answers anonymous read requests. We don't try to break in, guess passwords or overload anything. If you handle sensitive data or money at scale, you should also get a professional pentest.

Do you need access to my code or accounts?

No. Quick Check needs only your URL. With Deep Check you can optionally send your Supabase policies or Firebase rules as text if you want them reviewed. Please never send us passwords, private keys or service-role keys.
