How does Kluff® handle sensitive data and AI model access?

Kluff® keeps models, data, and credentials inside your workspace while sharing MCP tools and skills across the organization. Personally identifiable information is automatically redacted before it reaches any model, organization-wide secrets are stored encrypted and injected at runtime, and private model access uses Kluff®'s secure infrastructure without sending data to OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google.

What is included in the Business plan?

The Business plan includes unlimited AI usage, unlimited projects and topics, unlimited schedules and flows, unlimited connectors and MCP servers, and unlimited running time. It costs $15 per user per month when billed monthly, with a 14-day free trial, and supports up to 25 users with the option to expand to 100 users.

What additional features does Enterprise include?

Enterprise adds SSO and SCIM for identity management, policy controls and audit history to track what agents may do, usage analytics and adoption reporting to see how the workspace is used, and dedicated support with hands-on onboarding and a Kluff® team that knows your workspace.

How can I request access to my personal data or delete my account?

Email support@kluff.com from the address you use to sign in and tell Kluff® whether you are asking for access, correction, or deletion. If you use Kluff® through an organization, your request may need to be directed through that organization since workspace membership, roles and access are managed by your workspace administrator.
