GreetDock is a website engagement tool that lets teams talk directly to visitors through chat, browser-based voice and video calls, and co-browsing with the visitor's consent. The AI drafts replies from the knowledge base and call summaries, but every message a visitor receives is reviewed and sent by a person on your team.

The product keeps every conversation in one record per visitor, including the page they were on, their visit history, contact details, call transcripts with AI summaries, and shared files. Teams can consult colleagues privately within the same thread, and sensitive inputs are never shared during co-browsing.

GreetDock is built in Vilnius, Lithuania by a two-person team. The service is in private beta with founding teams getting onboarded personally and receiving a free 30-day trial with no card required.
