- Do I need to be technical to set this up?
- No. If you can paste a line of code into your site or ask whoever manages it to do so, you are done. Everything else is written in plain English in your dashboard. It works on WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, and plain HTML.
- Where does the bot get its answers?
- From you. You describe your business and paste in whatever you want it to know: hours, pricing, policies, services, anything. It stays quiet on things you did not tell it rather than making answers up.
- What happens when it does not know something?
- You decide by writing a fallback instruction that the bot follows: share your phone number, your email, or your booking link so the visitor always has a next step.
- Will it slow down my site?
