A note-taking and task management app that lets you capture ideas quickly and organize them later, with integration to Notion.
Overview
A look at einko.so
Einko is a note-taking and task management application designed for capturing ideas quickly and deciding their purpose later. The app features a single capture box for both notes and tasks, with notes stored as cards in a Memory section and tasks organized in a simple list view.
The platform includes a review system where users can sort through captured items one at a time, deciding whether to keep, delete, turn into a task, or merge notes. It offers a Notion integration that lets users send notes or tasks directly to Notion pages or databases when they're ready.
Einko provides unlimited notes, tasks, and projects with a Kanban board interface. It includes a mobile app accessible as a web app without requiring an app store download, with offline capture capability. The service stores data encrypted in transit and at rest in the United States, and does not sell data or use it for ads or AI training.

FAQ
- How does the free month work?
- You get 30 days of everything without needing a credit card. When it ends, nothing is charged and Einko locks until you subscribe. You can subscribe any time before the 30 days are up, and your paid year starts on the day you subscribe.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes, you can cancel from Settings at any time. You keep everything until your paid year ends. After cancellation, your notes are kept for 90 days in case you come back. You can email for a copy or to delete them sooner.
- Is my data private and secure?
- Yes. Everything in Einko is stored in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. Data is never sold, never used for ads or to train AI, and analytics never sees what you write.
- What if Einko doesn't make it?
- If Einko doesn't find enough members to continue, the founder will email you ahead of time so you can take your notes with you, and everyone will be refunded in full.
- Is the payment secure?
- Yes. Payment is processed through Stripe's own checkout, so your card details never reach Einko. Stripe handles payments for companies like Amazon, Shopify, and Notion. Link, Stripe's payment service, sells Einko on behalf of the founder.
