Where is my analytics data processed?

Entirely in your browser. The OAuth handshake routes through Google directly and the access token is held in browser memory for the session only. Chart computation and rendering happen client-side, with no DATA HIT server in the data path for the free tools.

What is the difference between the free tools and Pro?

Seasonal Spiral, Timing Grid, and Search Seasonality are free to use. AI Answer Monitor and AI Answer Stability require a free account and use AI credits (free accounts get 30 per month). Pro adds more AI credits, topic scans, 10- and 20-run Stability checks, tracked-keyword weekly SERP snapshots, saved views, cross-tool annotations, and a Monday email digest. Raw analytics data is never stored on the servers.

Does this work with Universal Analytics (GA3)?

No. Universal Analytics stopped collecting data on 1 July 2023 and its API was retired on 1 July 2024. Seasonal Spiral and Timing Grid connect to Google Analytics 4 only.

Not publicly. The tools are designed as a visual surface, not a data API. For legitimate needs for programmatic access such as agency integration or paid product embedding, contact hello@datahit.co.

DATA HIT Tools is a suite of in-browser visualisations across two analytical pillars: Traffic and Discovery. The Traffic pillar (Seasonal Spiral and Timing Grid) reveals weekly rhythms, seasonal cycles, and year-on-year drift in your GA4 and Search Console data. The Discovery pillar (Search Seasonality, AI Answer Monitor, and AI Answer Stability) shows when search demand rises, how often AI engines mention you, and how much of your search demand Google answers itself.

Most tools are free to use and run entirely in your browser, so your analytics data never reaches DATA HIT's servers. You can connect your Google account, paste a query, or use sample data already loaded. AI Answer Monitor and AI Answer Stability require a free account and use AI credits; free accounts receive 30 credits per month. Tools Pro (Solo and Agency plans) adds more AI credits, topic scans, tracked-keyword weekly SERP snapshots, saved views, cross-tool annotations, and a Monday email digest.
