Ascripto is an email signature management platform for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. It audits employee signatures to identify those that are off-brand, including outdated logos, missing disclaimers, and incorrect job titles, then deploys corrected signatures to all users. The free audit shows exactly how many employees are running non-compliant signatures within ninety seconds. Paid plans deploy and maintain signatures on client-side or through an outbound relay, with support for HTML editors, signature versions, and click tracking. Unlike traditional signature tools that enforce signatures at creation, Ascripto continuously monitors actual signatures being sent and alerts when changes are made.

Free audit at any size. Team plan: €1/$1 per seat per month (minimum €9/$9). Business plan: €1.60/$1.60 per seat per month (minimum €9/$9). Monthly billing, no seat minimum, 14-day trial of Business without card required. Enterprise plans with custom deployment and bank transfer available.

FAQ
- What is a seat and how are seats counted?
- A seat is a person whose signature was delivered in the month. On Google Workspace, anyone whose Gmail carried your current signature counts as one seat. On Microsoft 365, anyone the relay signed a message for or whose signature the Outlook add-in set counts as one seat. Leavers, people you never deployed to, and shared mailboxes nobody sends from cost nothing.
- Is there a seat minimum?
- No. The smallest bill is €9 or $9 a month and covers up to nine seats on Team or five on Business.
- Do I need a credit card for the 14-day trial?
- No. The 14-day Business trial starts without a card. If no payment method is added by its end, the workspace goes back to the free Audit and nothing is charged.
- Is Microsoft 365 priced differently from Google Workspace?
- No. One price list covers both and a person is one seat however their mail is signed.
- Can I pay by invoice and bank transfer?
- Enterprise customers can pay by invoice and bank transfer. Team and Business plans are paid by card or SEPA Direct Debit.
