- What happens to my 2FA tokens when I change phones?
- Download the mobile app on your new phone and login using your master password to access your 2FA tokens. A device verification email will be sent to confirm the new device.
- Is there an API for developers?
- An API for developers to build on top of the app is planned for the roadmap. Detailed timeline will be available after launching the mobile apps.
- Are the mobile apps available on app stores?
- Yes, Android and iOS mobile apps as well as Chrome extensions are all available now.
- What should I do if I forgot my password?
- Go to the login page and click the forgot password link. You will receive an email to reset your password. Have your backup key on hand and access to your email account.
