VitalRix is a monitoring platform that combines uptime checks, application performance monitoring, log management, distributed tracing, real-user monitoring with session replay, incident management, on-call scheduling and public status pages. The platform links all monitoring signals together so that when something fails, the cause is visible in one place rather than scattered across multiple tools. VitalRix uses OpenTelemetry as a standard for instrumentation, supports custom dashboards, SLOs and error budgets, and includes a website CMS. Teams can start with a free tier and upgrade per-product as needed, paying independently for uptime monitoring, infrastructure, APM, logs, real-user monitoring and incidents.

- What is VitalRix?
- VitalRix is one platform for keeping websites and applications healthy, combining uptime and synthetic monitoring, alerts and incidents, APM, logs, metrics, traces, error tracking, real-user monitoring with session replay, on-call, SLOs, dashboards, notebooks, public status pages and a website CMS.
- Do I need to install anything?
- Not for uptime monitoring; you only enter a URL. Real-user monitoring needs one script tag on your site. APM uses the standard OpenTelemetry SDK in your app, and infrastructure monitoring uses a small agent next to your workloads.
- How much does it cost?
- Pricing is per product, and every product has Free, Pro and Enterprise tiers. Every new organization starts with every product on Free, with no credit card. The pricing page always shows the current numbers.
- Is my data safe?
- Each organization only ever sees its own data. Secrets, tokens and form inputs are masked or removed before storage, and telemetry is deleted after its retention period. Read the Trust page for the full list, including what is not yet in place.
- Is VitalRix certified?
- No. The security program is modelled on ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2, but no independent auditor has assessed it yet, and we will only say certified once one has.
