- How long does migration from spreadsheets or another tool take?
- Usually one to two business days. You send an export from your current tool and useTavio migrates employees, leave balances, and open roles. Migration is free and the team helps with the transfer and an import template.
- What already works today, and what is still planned?
- Time off and events, end-to-end recruiting, team calendar, time tracking, payroll, knowledge base, mood, surveys, onboarding, org structure, roles and RBAC, and integrations with Slack, Jira, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Calendar are live today. KPI is available on request. Performance reviews and Tracker UI are on the roadmap.
- What does recruiting include?
- Recruiting includes a public careers page, candidate kanban, pipeline stages, calendar interviews, offers, and direct hiring and onboarding into the product. Resumes, comments, and statuses all live in one place so candidates do not get lost between email and chat.
- How does time tracking work?
- Time tracking includes clock in/out functionality, hour reports, and Jira worklog sync. You see who worked, how many hours, and how that aligns with absences on the calendar without a separate time tracker.
- How do time off, absences, and events work?
- Leave policies, balances, multi-stage approval, and company holidays. An employee submits a request → manager/HR approves → the status appears on the team calendar right away. Events sit beside absences: birthdays, meetings, trainings, company gatherings. Each type has its own color, and the legend explains every bar.
