- No. Taleshape™ manages the Shaper application and server but does not require access to the UI or underlying data. Enterprise customers can deploy without Taleshape™ having any direct server access.
- How long does it take to get started?
- Once you sign up, a dedicated Shaper instance is usually ready within 24 hours, and you can immediately start connecting your data and building dashboards.
- How do security monitoring and updates work?
- Taleshape™ continuously monitors for security findings and vulnerabilities, proactively notifying you with security fixes that are automatically applied for cloud customers or submitted as Pull Requests for self-hosted deployments.
- Where are Taleshape™'s servers hosted?
- The Taleshape™ Cloud is hosted with Hetzner in your region of choice. For Pro and Enterprise plans, Taleshape™ can deploy directly in your existing infrastructure.
