- How do credits work?
- A credit is a unit of work. Running a keyword search, pulling a domain apart or checking a batch of positions each costs a number of credits, which you see before running the report. Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle, while top-up credits purchased separately never expire.
- What does the free plan cover?
- The free plan covers real rank tracking of around 23 keywords checked weekly on your own site with no credit card and no time limit. Keyword research, domain and backlink analysis and site audits draw on the same grant, with audits capped at 50 pages, but the AI visibility tools are not available on the free plan.
- What happens when I run out of credits?
- Anything that pulls fresh data pauses, but nothing you have already run disappears—saved keywords, past reports and tracked positions stay readable and reopen at no cost. You can buy top-up credits which never expire, or move to a higher plan to get monthly credits back at the start of the next cycle.
- Is there a free trial?
- There is a free plan instead, which does not expire and does not ask for a card. Move to a paid plan when you need more work than it covers, and change or cancel it at any time. The monthly plan runs month to month; annual is a choice you make for the discount, not a requirement. No per-seat charge either way.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Any time, from the billing page, without emailing anyone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for and you keep access until then. Moving up or down a plan, or between monthly and annual, takes effect the same way. Nothing locks you in beyond the period you have paid for, and there is no per-seat charge.
