Page Builder Sandwich is a page builder for WordPress. It stores your work as standard WordPress blocks instead of shortcodes or a private format, so WordPress, your theme and your SEO plugin can keep reading your pages whatever you add later. Work in the regular block editor, or use Sandwich Studio, a full-screen visual editor with a layers panel, undo history, a command palette and keyboard shortcuts.
Every page loads just the styles for its own blocks, taken from your uploads folder, with neutral class names and no generator tags. In a measured test page the plugin added +0.5 kB and sent 0 requests to other companies' servers. Its accessibility checker, which costs nothing, warns about absent alternative text and poor colour contrast while you build.
The no-cost plugin includes 44 blocks and 20 website kits. Pro brings 68 extra blocks and 8 extra kits, a form builder, popups, A/B tests, a theme builder, a design system, a WooCommerce store builder, and imports from Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, WPBakery and Figma. AI agents such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor can create pages via the MCP server, which has 150 tools.
