Is AI included in my plan?

Yes. Every seat includes a monthly AI allowance for search, matching, CV parsing and the assistant as part of the plan, not a separate module. If the team needs more capacity, the allowance can be raised.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Customer data is never used to train AI models. Candidates, clients and conversations stay in the workspace, and Kepler is GDPR and PDPA compliant.

What happens to my data if I leave?

The entire workspace including candidates, clients, jobs, activity and files can be exported whenever needed. There is no exit fee, and the company aims to retain customers because the product works rather than because leaving is painful.
