- Will you read my email?
- No. The service has no access to your inbox. You tell Job Reacher what happened to an application, or the service sees that your résumé link was opened. Later the platform plans to offer optional, read-only Gmail linking that marks replies, which will be your choice, will never send anything, and will keep only the status of a reply, never its text.
- Will this make me look like a bot?
- No. You send all applications yourself. Every sentence in your résumé comes from something you actually did. If the system cannot prove a line, it marks it before you send it.
- Does this really work?
- The platform tracks outcomes by counting interview invitations and replies, not applications. Your tracker shows replies and interview invitations first, so you can see if your search is working.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. You can withdraw from your first payment within 14 days. If you haven't prepared an application yet, you get all of it back; if you have, Job Reacher keeps the days you used and refunds the rest. Renewals are not refundable, but you can cancel any time and keep access until the period ends.
