- What is included in the Free plan?
- The Free plan includes 5 GB of storage, up to 3 workspaces you own, up to 5 team members per workspace, your choice of all 46 storage locations, public and private share links, password protected links, expiring links up to 7 days (5 active at a time), file requests, comments, LAN Transfer, the end-to-end encrypted Vault, and two-factor authentication. Downloads are free but subject to daily fair-use allowances: 10 GB a day across share links and 5 GB a day per API or protocol credential.
- What is the maximum file size I can upload?
- No plan caps an individual file. The only limit is the storage left in your plan, so a single file can be as large as your remaining space. Workspace administrators can set their own per-file limit in workspace settings if they want one.
- Can I choose which region my files are stored in?
- Yes, on every plan including Free. You pick the storage location when you create a workspace from all 46 in the catalog, and every file written into that workspace is stored there. Workspaces created in an EU member state keep their stored bytes in EU data centres.
- How does the 14-day money-back guarantee work?
- Ask within 14 days of any payment, monthly or yearly, including renewals, and you receive a full refund. No questions asked.
- What does it cost to move files in or out?
- Nothing beyond your plan. Imports and uploads are free, and because no plan has egress fees, taking your data back out is free too. Making it cheap to leave is deliberate: you should stay because the product earns it, not because a download bill traps you.
