Birdfeeder is a bookmark manager for X (Twitter), Bluesky, Mastodon and Nostr. It automatically archives your bookmarks and sends you a weekly email summary so you never forget what you saved. The service includes full-text search across all your bookmarks, supports adding private notes, and provides an MCP server for searching your archive through AI assistants like Claude. FAQ

What's the difference between the monthly and yearly plans?
Both plans include the weekly summary and full-text search. The monthly plan captures every bookmark you save from the moment you sign up, while the yearly plan does that plus a one-time import of your entire bookmark history, making your whole bookmark history searchable and backed up.
Do you support Nostr?
Yes, with one difference from X, Bluesky, and Mastodon. Nostr has no sign-in flow, so you cannot sign up with it directly. Sign up with X, Bluesky, or Mastodon first, then paste your public key (npub) into Settings to link your Nostr bookmarks into the same archive. Birdfeeder only reads your public bookmark list and never stores your private key.
Can Birdfeeder post on my behalf?
No. Birdfeeder asks for read-only access to your bookmarks and profile on X, Bluesky, Mastodon, and Nostr. It can never post, like, follow, or send messages on your behalf.
What happens to my bookmarks if I cancel?
The weekly digest and new imports pause, but everything you already collected stays stored. You can still download your Bluesky, Mastodon, and Nostr bookmarks for free. Your X bookmarks can be downloaded on the yearly plan.
Does this also work for the mobile apps?
Yes. Birdfeeder collects bookmarks from any X, Bluesky, or Mastodon app on the web, iOS, or Android. Nostr bookmarks are collected the same way once you link your npub, regardless of which client you used to save them.
