- A user is any member that has been added to a workspace in an Appsmith instance. Members included in the instance at any point during the billing cycle will be billed for the full month.
- Do you charge for developer seats?
- No. Any user that builds or edits applications is treated as a standard user with no additional charge for developers who access the Appsmith IDE.
- How do I get started?
- You can sign up for a cloud or self-hosted account. All new signups receive a 15-day free trial of Appsmith Business with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you can activate your Business account or continue using the Free tier.
- Can I use the same license key for multiple instances?
- Yes, you can set up multiple instances using the same license key. Usage will be aggregated across all instances.
- How will I be billed?
- Business accounts are billed monthly via credit card at the end of each month. Enterprise accounts are typically billed annually based on agreement terms.
