When do you issue refunds?

Purchases are final. Refunds apply only if we remove a paid listing; disputed payments trigger automatic takedown.

Updated

Non-refundable purchases

Payments are final once processed. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under consumer law.

Refund trigger: listing removal

If our team rejects or takes down a paid listing, the full payment refunds automatically to your original payment method. You receive a credit note in parallel. For crypto transactions, provide a payout address when requested to receive your refund.

Dispute escalation and inventory hold

When a payment enters dispute or chargeback, all products or services purchased under that order are immediately removed from your account and listings. If the dispute resolves in our favour, your inventory is restored. If it resolves against us, the takedown remains permanent and refund processes apply.
